1-10: At Christianshavn. The guy "riding" a bike's tyre like if it was an usual transportation way was surreal in my eyes.
11-18: Remember the Black Diamond picture from yesterday? Here are some photos of the old library building, which is attached to the contemporary one. There's a garden around the old building, i specially liked the mommy duck and its babies in the local fountain, i think it's so nice finding these signs of nature in such a big city. The man in the statue is the danish writer Søren Kierkegaard.
19: The danish parliament, a place that used to be a royal residence in the past. Notice that are no guards holding guns in front of the building. Neither in its back.
20-22: Not so far from Strøget. The place in the first picture is right in front of Thorvaldsen Museum, at that point you might start a canal tour in one of the boats. A father taking his baby for a walk, typical danish every day life shot. The statue of the man in the horse? I can't remember, i'm sorry.
23-35: At Strøget. I'm crazy about this store with the vintage male hats, too bad some of the prices are absurd (for a hat). And all star converse, my fav sneakers of all time, i even wear it with tights and skirt, no matter how wrong some people might think it is. I'm glad they're popular again. The three slippers were so cutely ordered in the window i didn't resist taking a pic of it. And oh, the sex shops. Some architecture: The Round Tower (29), built from 1637-1642, during Christian IV's kingdom.
Last pic: Three girls ready to ride their bikes. Bikes and Copenhagen = inseparable.
I'm glad you enjoyed the previous photos;-) Thank you all for the sweet comments! Wish a great weekend to everyone who visits this blog!
