I was looking at the pictures i took at Frederiksborg castle nearly two months ago, actually, not the photos of the castle, but the captures of its surrounds, the numerous trees, the lake, in short: the nature. I took three of these photos above with John's semiprofessional camera (he made the castle shot), and looking at these now, remembering that late chilly afternoon and its quietness, it almost feels like if these captures could transport me to another century, to another age. Nature seems so immaculate. And the lack of people in the shots makes me believe it even more.

hehe, the picture my husband took. I'll tell him that.
Suas fotos são bonitas hein Romeika, ou vc é boa fotografa, ou tem sensibilidade para enxergar o belo.
Ahh, grato pelo link da Sisley com fotos da Seymour!
Do the link to MY VOGUE. It's the one i check most of the time.
Beautiful photos! So peaceful. It would be nice to spend some time there, just listening to the wind and enjoying nature. The good points of Nordic countries are definitely the quietness although it can turn to be way too melancholic once in a while.
Keep up writing! =)
wow.. yr husband and u.. both take fab pictures!!! and i know wht u mean abt the 1600s vibe.. i feel... kinda lyk a character in a jane austen's novel or smt!!!
anyhow thanks for d comment(: haha! rachel ain't tt famous on her own i guess=p glad u loved the color!!
That's the big difference between Europe and America. American's don't have all the beautiful castles and gardens. Yes, they exist, but they don't fit into our national character as they do in Europe. I love the pics, Romeika.
Cassiano, agora é você que está enchendo a minha bola rsrsrs.. Obrigada! Não tenho técnica nenhuma, acho que as fotos que eu tiro é fruto de como vejo as coisas. Quanto ao link, de nada!
Sofy, thanks! I agree with you, I like the quietness of nature and the beautiful bucolic enviroments Denmark can proportionate, but sometimes i miss a total urban enviroment with lots of noise and people. The city i live, for example, is just SO quiet.
Seraphine, thanks a lot! Interesting comparisson you made btw Europe and USA. But i suppose there are lots of good things you guys have that Europe lacks. I can say the same when i compare my motherland to Denmark.
i love sarah michelle gellars shorter hair in the pic below
