Baked apples with nuts. Turkey filled with ricotta, bell peppers, spinach, rosemary and thyme. Peas & baked potatoes. The dessert is hard to describe, but really yummy.

copperoranges: it was, indeed! :-) I'm not yet done learning danish, and although I can read and understand spanish ok, speaking doesn't come right away, I need to think a bit hehe
