I think orange and yellow are such cheerful colours that inspire energy and happiness, nevertheless, these are two good colours to start another week, though it's already night and monday is nearly over... Me and my husband photographed these flowers during spring/summer time. The last one is a brazilian flower which seeds John uses to plant every year before summer in our flat's balcony, though this year the poor tropical flowers didn't adapt so well due to the rainy and chilly weather.

Those are beautiful photos. You're right, yellow and orange are very cheerful colors.
In the art world, they are called the "warm" colors, because they convey excitement, energy and warmth. Warm colors also appear larger than "cool" colors (such as blue) when placed side-by-side. People respond to warm colors with compassion and harmony.
Keeping some of these warm colors (Brazil) in your house during the cool (Danish) winter will definitely brighten your mood.
