Mariager

Last wednesday three classes of the danish language school (including mine) went on a little tour to Mariager, a small town (or village?) 20mins away from Randers. There was not much to see there, but a catholic church which was probably built between 1200-1250 and an ancient forest. I don't really have many details to tell, as the tour was strictly in danish and i'm currently studying danish level 1. Nevertheless, the narrow streets reminded me a little of Odense and as for the forests... for what i could see, all forests in DK are the same. I couldn't tell the difference from one place to another. It's been three days since the tour, and my legs are still in pain. That's the result of over four hours of walking when you haven't been exercising properly...for the last couple of years.

Wonderful, beautiful apples. That is my favorite picture from you and your trip. Taking three classes of children on a trip is wonderful in itself. Good luck with the leg pain, it means it is time to walk more. :) Just take your camera along!
