It is possible to change. It is possible to reject moralism. Living in the present. Do not look forward to love, let love find you. And have a lot of fun in between. When I was a child I read a tale that condemned immediate joy. We are taught ephemerality is unwise. You can either do as the Bible says, and live a long happy life. You can also do the same and pass away tomorrow. Deep within no one knows what's the best for you but yourself. Selfishness is necessary. Braveness too. Fear is the hastiest way to conformism.

the internet and me.

My blog is where I post pretty pictures that somehow make the world appear to be a place worth living in... Facebook (I'm new in this) is where I moderately socialize and state a few of my thoughts. Twitter is where I bitch about anything with no regards to anything/anyone whatsoever. 140 characters that equal psychoanalysis. Though I'm thinking of creating another blog concerning the same purpose. Hmmmm... Have I missed something?

*edit: How could I forget my tumblr? Where I post random images and texts that I either like or love... and that somehow inspire me. Pure escapism as well. Feel free to visit it and click next, next and next... and elope... Looking at others' tumblr's can also be a dangerous tool against you doing something important, such as writing your college essay or just studying.

Regarding my previous statement, it was actually meant less lyrical and romantic than the way it sounded. I see the world blurry. Most of the time... But oh, you guys are sweet.

I'm feeling much better now and even went for a short walk today... The temperature is slightly below zero, but the wind was so evil it actually felt like -45! Ok, I'm exaggerating, although I couldn't partially feel the left side of my face for a while. So much pain! Ah, I don't have a bath tub, but these little plastic ducks can surely slide on ice ^.^

I'd like to share pictures from the past weeks spent at home, but I got sick with the flu (or perhaps it's just a cold?) and haven't had the energy to post in a while... But I promise I'll! One of the things I'd like to do in 2010 is to post more often here. For now, a very wintery picture taken through my window, as I've been indoors 99% of my time these last few days.
