I spent last month in my hometown in Brazil. I miss it so much.

Things I can not stand: people who regard Brokeback Mountain as that "gay cowboy movie". Please, will you shut up?

how soon is now.

I can never be entirely happy for right now. Something seems to be not completely right in the present. Do you ever feel this way? The past is always sweeter. Perhaps because I tend to forget it wasn't always that way. But... What's happiness? I immerse myself in nostalgia from times to times, I do it incessantly. I do a lot of shopping, too.

It was a rainy august (summer, the expected frustration), and it's been a rainy september with one or two exceptional sunny days...

I don't know about where you live, but here summer is definitely gone.

I hope you will excuse the cliché quote, I couldn't avoid recalling H.C. Andersen the minute I took this picture, such a fortunate symbol of past, present and future, as if the new born could already perceive what its future will be like. This quote so well proves how sometimes we should listen little to what others tell us, as if there's anything wrong with being "dark and gray" at all. I suppose many know this already, but wouldn't the world be a more pleasant place to live in if we all could embrace diversity at once?
